Why is there a cat on this bottle? Well, legend has it, Ralphie the cat spilled whisky from the cask - but, turns out he was falsely accused.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Vibrant and inviting with Italian meringue and unfired ceramic, followed by aromatic orange oil and tree sap. Apple pie emerges alongside pineapple juice and butter biscuits.
Palate: Rich and oily. Notes of artificial orange, digestive biscuits, dried mango, toffee red apples, buttery croissants, vanilla custard and cinnamon.
Finish: Medium length with notes of lemon pith, dessicated coconut, Demerara sugar, white pepper, charcoal, and green grape skins.
